Return & Refund Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns on any full price garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and label.This applies to any full price item dispatched to us within14 days of being received. Items that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing,or are returned outside of our 14 day window will be refused.
For added ease, you’ll find our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery for a hassle-free process.Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Please allow for two weeks for processing from when we receive your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Please make sure to mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” and list the UK as the country of origin.
  • Any customs duties or taxes must be paid by you, the sender—we’re unable to cover these charges.
  • If we’re charged any fees due to incorrect labelling or unpaid customs, these will be deducted from your refund.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t provide return labels for international orders.

LATE RETURNS:
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.

MISSING RETURN:
If you think your return may be lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@natikalo.com —we’ll do our best to help you out. Just a quick note: once a return is marked as delivered, it’s in the hands of the carrier—but we’re always here for you and happy to assist with anything you need along the way!

PLEASE NOTE
WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, DAMAGED OR USED ARE WITHOUT STAINS OR SIGNS OF WEAR, AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Please be careful of makeup, perfumes or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund.
