Delivery Timelines:
- UK Standard: 2 to 3 working days – £4.99
- UK Next Day: Monday to Friday (Order by 3PM Thursday) – £6.99
- USA Standard: 4 to 7 working days – £15
- USA DHL Express: 2 to 3 working days – £35
- Europe Standard: 4 to 6 working days – £12
- Rest of the World: 7 to 9 working days – £20
UK & International Delivery:
Our trusted carrier partners, Royal Mail and DHL will dispatch your order on time. Once your parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over the final delivery.
Please note that delivery timelines and processes can vary depending on your country’s postal policies, which are beyond our control.
Customs & Duties:
If you’re ordering from outside the UK or USA, just a heads-up, customs policies and import fees can vary quite a bit depending on your country.
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees once it arrives in your country. These additional charges (if applied) are set by your local customs office and will be your responsibility to cover.

- We are unable to offer a choice of delivery provider. Shipping partners are selected based on your region to ensure the most reliable service.
- Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address to receive your parcel. If delivery is missed, a calling card will be left with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
- For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please do not refuse delivery. Refused parcels will incur both the original shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from any refund issued. - We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to courier limitations or international regulations, delivery is not available to the following destinations:

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed and crafted with care, and not mass produced.
Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are officially released. This allows you to secure your piece before it hits the shelves and ensures you're the first to have it in your wardrobe. This also inadvertently means a longer wait time from when the order is placed and when it is received.

Production Begins- Please allow up to 10 weeks.
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
